A message regarding COVID-19 and our office hours

A message to our clients:

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and out of an abundance of caution, our staff will be working remotely beginning Monday, March 16th.  We will be available by phone, email, and online chat via our website, but our office will be closed to all foot traffic.  We anticipate that most of our clients will not be impacted in any manner by this temporary change.

If you typically make your payment in our office, you will need to either mail it directly to your carrier or pay it online at your carrier’s website.

Please take a moment to bookmark our website www.lebherzinsurance.com.  This is a great resource offering our Client Center, online chat, and claims department directories for each company we represent.  Furthermore, we encourage you to create an online account directly with your insurance carrier.  If you need assistance in doing so, please let us know.  We are happy to help!  And, don’t forget to follow us on Facebook and Twitter for updates.
